We are getting ready for another exciting season of SDFs, the culminating experience of four years of drama training. We really want these shows to be spectacular and raise the bar! To make this possible, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!.....Visit our drama-wide SDF Sponsorship Campaign and show some love for our Seniors! CAMPAIGN ENDS March 5th.
We depend on the support and generosity of our Drama families and friends to continue to produce such high-quality productions—this year, the Drama PA will spend an estimated $70,000 supporting these productions. Support at every level is needed and greatly appreciated!
Marquee, Spotlight, and Encore-level sponsorships give you the opportunity to include an ad or booster in the Playbill—you can congratulate your Drama student, thank a special teacher, advertise a business, or anything else you'd like! Remember, there is one Playbill for all five SDF shows so your booster/ad will be seen by over 5,000 people!
If your sponsorship level includes a booster/ad, we would be happy to design it for you. The firm deadline for sponsorships is March 5, so please don't delay—purchase your sponsorship today!

Once again, the playbill will be seen by approximately 5,000 people, so if you know of a company interested in promoting its business, please spread the word! You could also congratulate a specific cast member, thank our faculty, and staff, or bid a fond farewell and good luck to the Class of '23.
Here are some examples from previous years for inspiration!

Purpose and Mission of the Drama Studio PA
The Purpose and Mission of the Drama Studio PA and its yearly fundraising efforts are to support our Drama Studio students and faculty. The Drama Studio PA is a group of parent-volunteers elected by the Drama Studio parent body. In the past few years, Drama
Studio funding has gone to support the following programs and events for our teachers and students (not a complete list):
The Drama PA Studio Annual Appeal supports:
- Drama Student Workshops, Panels, and Master Classes: Theater/Audition Dance Technique Class with Broadway performer and LAG alum Tommy Bracco; 16 Bars and Beyond with Broadway performer Nicholas Rodriguez; The Business of Show with talent agent Jamie Harris from Clear Talent; Audition/Intuition with Broadway choreographer Michele Lynch, Q&A with Alison French, Casting Directory; Introduction to Screenwriting for Short Films with playwright and Lag alum Cayenne Douglass; Songwriting and Introduction to Musical Theater with Larry Pressgrove; Lag parent and improv actor and teacher; Voice Over Workshop with LaG alum and voiceover artist Marisa Dargahi, and much
- Senior Support: Headshots for the senior drama students with Stomping Ground Photo; industry showcase consultants and website support; senior graduation; and most importantly, the Drama PA is a major contributor to the Spring Drama Festival (SDFs) each year.
- Consultants, music directors, special guests, and other in-class support: The PA has supported musical accompaniment for Winter and Spring Sings; special in-class workshops on mask work, stage combat; workshops on on-camera acting and we have purchased props for scenes; new benches, shoe cubbies, and desks for the Drama dance room and office; and plays for our online Theater Library, and much more.
- Faculty Support: Your support will help supply our Drama faculty with the tools needed to teach effectively during the school year. Some items in the past have included laptops, AirPods, ring lights, microphones, green screens, and adaptors. We have also provided extended-education classes for teachers, including a recent Juilliard class, Celebrating Black Playwrights, and Harvard class on Leading for Excellence and Equity. We also celebrate our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week and with Holiday Kudos Boards.
