Thanks For Supporting Our Seniors!

Thank you to all that came to our Paint and Sip Class of 2023 Fundraiser!

Good times were had by all!

Did you know that out-of-pocket graduation expenses for senior families can be as high as $1,000.

In addition to the costs of cap and gowns, prom and yearbook families need to pay for prom dresses and suits as well as transportation to and from the prom and graduation.

This year the PA plans to hold a series of fundraising events to help offset these costs.

Please help us lay the groundwork for an all community effort to fund seniors this year and years to come.

Thank You LaG Community!

School Spirit Shopping Day is a new engagement success story! Your continuing support directly funds many incredible enrichment programs for our students and educators through this initiative. Thank you for your enthusiastic in-person engagement at our monthly event.

We look forward to sharing new items designed for LaGuardia High School collection at the January 2023 event.

Looking forward to see you all again on Thursday, January 19th from 2:30-4:30pm in the main atrium lobby

Until then, all of us at LaG HS Parents Association wishing you and yours a joyous holiday and a very Happy New Year!

How to Support Our Community

Donate your time - Whether you’re available once a week, once a month, or once a year, please fill out our volunteer questionnaire so that we can reach out to you when an activity suits you. This will allow you to meet and team up with other LaG families who share your interests in our school. Go to our Volunteer Interests, Skills and Resources form here.

Annual Appeal - Your generosity helps LAGHSPA minimize the impact of long-standing NYC DOE budget gaps in our children’s education. LaG teachers and administrators work diligently to make the most of their budget, and the LaG PA provides necessary additional resources. To give online today click here.

Donor's Choose - Fund classroom projects and needs as requested by our teachers.  View our teacher's projects here

Specific Initiatives -  Funding for one-time initiatives or grade specific requests such as Graduation.

Thank you so much for your generous donations! To date, together, we have funded 29 teachers' projects! That's pretty incredible!

Now is a great time to make your end-of-the-year tax deductible donations.  What better way to do that than to support LaGuardia's teachers' projects?

Let's help Ms. Riley replenish the painting supplies needed to help students learn techniques, problem solve, and fall in love with painting. (Expires Jan 3rd)

Let's help Mrs. McGoey get sheep brains and cow eyes to help students continue their in-depth study of their college-level cognitive psychology course.

Please visit our DonorsChoose page and share with your family and friends.  Anyone can contribute and all donations are tax deductible.

Your contributions and/or sharing of these links is greatly appreciated!
