DONORS NEEDED!

THIS IS NOT A LAGHSPA FUNDRAISER.

Please check out this GoFundMe campaign if you would like to help the alumni who led our Rising Stars 2021 production team to attend the NY Emmy Award ceremony so there is a student presence to receive the award in the event that they win their category (see below)!

Unfortunately, LAGHSPA can only allocate funds to current LaGuardia student initiatives, and all of the RS2021 student nominees are now alumni.

If you can make an introduction to potential sponsors for future Rising Stars initiatives, please reach out to risingstars@laguardiahspa.org.

THANK YOU!

NY Emmy® Award Nomination!

Rising Stars 2021:

Behind the Mask

has been nominated for a NY Emmy® Award for "Long Form Content" (longer than 10 minutes) under the “Teen 13-19” category.

What a testament to the incredible cast and crew who persevered during COVID-19 to keep this LaGuardia HS tradition alive! Special thanks to all families, alumni and extended community members who supported us by tuning in and spreading the word!

Please continue to watch and share! Rising Stars was the most-watched video on The WNET Group's AllArts.org platform during 2021. Let's keep our place among the best and brightest featured on AllArts for a second year in a row!!

Thank you for celebrating LaGuardia!

Read the press releases to learn more.
