We are just two weeks away from our Operetta performance, and we couldn’t be more excited about this wonderful production. Our children, along with their dedicated teachers, have been working incredibly hard to bring this show to life.
To celebrate their efforts, we are creating a special recognition Playbill® that will highlight the teachers, the production, and each of the students participating in the operetta. A group of parent volunteers has generously offered their time to design and produce this Playbill for the performance.
With less than two weeks to complete the project, we are working within a very tight timeline and are seeking support to help fund it.
To offset the cost of printing, we are offering recognition ads for families and friends. Quarter-page ads are $50 and can be customized in collaboration with our volunteer designers. We are also offering a limited number full-page advertisements for $250 each for businesses or families who would like additional visibility.
Quarter page ads will be printed at 2.5" × 4" (750 × 1200 px) and full page ads are 5" × 8" (1500 × 2400 px). All ads will be in the vertical/portrait orientation.
If you are interested in purchasing an ad, please email us at music@laguardiahspa.org with subject "Operetta Playbill", and we will send you the submission and payment details. Please include the size of the ad you wish to buy (quarter or full page) and your relation to the school or the performance, including the name of your student if applicable.
Due to our short production schedule, we kindly ask that you confirm your ad placement promptly. All ad content must be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 4.
