Hi Art families,

LaGuardia is proud to be one of the top - and most famous! - schools in the country, and that’s thanks in large part to the incredible support of our school community. Like many public schools, LaGuardia counts on the involvement of our families to help keep our outstanding programs thriving. Here in the LaG Art Studio, donations from you and other families fund essential programs for the year, including:

•  Art supplies and materials such as paint, brushes, canvases, drawing pads, technology, film, clay, ink, and so much more
• Classroom needs such as easels, stools, storage racks, and drying racks
•  Purchases and maintenance of equipment, including kiln repairs, printers, and technology upgrades
• Honorariums for visiting artists, celebrations for our students during exhibits, events, costs for field trips, and more

So far this year, approximately 7% of families in the Art Studio have donated to the studio. Can you help us move that number towards 100%? Donations are tax-deductible, and LaGuardia’s suggested donation to the studio is $250 per family. Please know that we appreciate any amount - and no donation is too small to make a difference!
