Some New Music Ensemble students have organized their own show at The Bitter End on Monday, 6/27 at 7:30 pm. Let's fill the house to support them and their original work! Click the poster to buy tickets.

This event is not sponsored by LaGuardia HS.

RS2021 EMMY Submission!

Rising Stars 2021: Behind the Mask
has been entered into the local Emmys for "Long Form Content" (longer than 10 minutes) under the “Teen 13-19” category.

We are excited to be entered, and a nomination would be amazing, but most importantly, we're so proud of our students who persevered during COVID-19 to get this show created and continue the LaGuardia tradition.

Please watch and share one more time!

PA COMMS NEEDS YOU!

The PA's First Vice President - Communications position was not filled during Tuesday's election, and the current Comms/Web chairpersons are moving on. It's imperative for new volunteers to fill these roles as soon as possible.

Please consider running for the VP - Comms role in September! See the LAGHSPA Bylaws, Section IV.E.2. (beginning at the bottom of page 11) for details.

If you can't take on the VP - Comms position, but have communications experience, data / document / content / website management skills (spreadsheets, DMS, graphics, CMS, etc.), OR the willingness to learn about PA Comms and how we use Membership Toolkit software to function, please reach out and let us know which of the following Gen PA communications initiatives you could lead:

Enormous Thanks!

To ALL of you in our
LaGuardia High School Community
who participated in this amazing
2022 Spring Auction and Gala
and helped us to raise over $85,000 ...

THANK YOU!

We couldn't have done it without you.

A little shout-out to Equestrian House, which donated an additional week of Poconos Log Cabin Vacation Rental, and congratulations to Jennie Glazer, whose $2500 bid won this amazing one-week vacation rental.

STILL TWO WAYS TO HELP!
Visit
LaGuardia Arts
Givergy website

and:
1. If you haven't had enough of our amazing Auction, please check out our “
LAST CHANCE” section to support arts education with the purchase of original works of art and “FIRESALE” for a chance to purchase some great remaining items.

2. If you missed the chance to bid on items but would still like to be a part of our biggest fundraiser of the year, simply click on "Make a Donation." No amount is too small, and every bit helps our school and students.

We are working on arrangements for all of our Auction items. Please be patient with us as we go through 200 items and connect our Donors and Winners. If you haven’t heard from us yet, stay tuned!

You may reach us at
lagauction2022@gmail.com with any questions or comments. We would love to hear from you!

With deep gratitude,
