IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Mindfulness & Healthy Talking Points

Our mental health experts, and fellow LaG parents, Jennifer Abcug (LCSW) and Sherry Stuart (LCSW), have shared some additional resources for support and guidance.

Try this meditation how-to from The New York Times, and be sure to check our website's Mental Health Resources page for recently added articles from Child Mind Institute addressing anxiety about both the pandemic and school safety.

As we toggle back and forth between trying to remain vigilant yet measured in how we live with our current reality, we hope these timely practical tools are helpful.
