Jazz Orchestra @ NY Postmaster Designation Ceremony

The LaGuardia Jazz Orchestra (formerly known as Senior Jazz) will perform at the designation ceremony of the new New York Postmaster.This historic event will also commemorate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month! The new Postmaster of Manhattan, Wanda Diaz, is a proud New Yorker of Puerto Rican heritage. Postmaster Diaz is now responsible for the delivery of mail and packages to LaGuardia and every other address in the borough - 1.7 million times a day, seven days a week!
